"You see all kinds of crazy music acts at Portland's Last Thursday Street Fair on NE Alberta Street, but this guy was my favorite when I went to the July 30th event. I'm not sure what is up with the spinning rim on his face (I guess he's shy but wanted to perform anyway), but he had a real sick setup and threw down some great music."
